As we go on, more and more forum users are asking where they can go for good service on their Hyundais. Since so many have had bad experiences, I am creating this thread so that other users can post where to go for service they have had "GOOD" service at.
To make things easier, please List Onlythe Name of Servicer and Address in this thread. Keep the good and bad experiences in the Soapbox thread as this thread should be dedicated to recommended Service Centers. I am hoping this will become a resource for all. Thanks and best regards, Jason TS can you lock this thread so it doesn't move to archive? |

Hyundai Valley Stream. Long Island, NY
599 W. Merrick Road, Valley Stream NY 11580 516-561-8723 The minute I walked in, I was surprised at the level of common courtesy the personnel performed. From the parts guy to the service guy to the receptionist, everyone treated me well. There was this troublesome customer and they calmly resolved the problem calmly and professionally. Even gave the customer a free oil change in the next visit. I had miscalculated the charges and I was off by 15 bucks and they let that slide. While my car was getting its service (they fixed the window problem) I wanted to get a cabin filter and the parts manager Frank was eating lunch and he put down the sandwich and helped me out. Never had I had any department do that. I was so impressed and relieved that I found a place that I wouldn't be afraid to take my vehicle in. With all the horror stories of dealerships I was begining to wonder if all were not like that, but I am glad that they were not like the rest. I was so impressed I even wrote a letter to Hyundai. I believe a dealership/service center is an extension of the company and Hyundai Valley stream was just that. Go Hyundai
