Throttle Body Upgrade Questions.

Hey guys another question from the eager newbie. I got to admit I am learning alot though. Well anyway I had questions about throttle body upgrades. I was looking at getting one the same time as my CIA but figured i would ask about it first. I see there are ported / polised throttle bodies and 62mm racing bodies. Was wondering how much these afffect performance? Are they easy to install? Do they affect gas mileage? Thanks guys an advice and info is appreciated.

Oh I forgot the most inportant question should I get it with my CIA or waht til I do more mods to my car considering the CIA will be the first mod?
