Zc ?

when driving home from work to night i saw what looked to be a POS hatch back smoke this nice looking acura. i sped up to see what was going on. i cought up to the acure real easy( it was slow any way like all acura's but it still looked nice) eventually the acura turned off , as it was put to shame. when i cought up to the old hatch back i said, " dam that thing is quick. what you got under the hood" alls he said was, "ZC"(I think) what the hell is a "ZC" it was real noizy to, but it didn't sound anything like a turbo. alls i knew was i wasnt even going to try to race that thing. he may have even had nos in it to . that old beat up hatch back was a sleeper though

ZC is basically a DOHC d series motor. nothing really special in all honesty. great motor to turbo. i think they rate at like 130hp (WOW). i hope he had some more done to it to make it this "fast" car, cuz i walk my buddies ZC all day when we race.

well theres the twin cam and single cam vtec zc as well...both are 1.6 but the twin cam doesnt have vtec whereas the single cam does and has about 142 hp (i believe if im not mistaken) the twin cam isnt that great in my opinion and usually gets smoked most times i have seen it but the single cam is running for what is...ive seen it do some damage to ls's and an occasional gsr

If that ZC motor was stock, it wasnt all that fast,they provide decent performance, nothing outrageous.
