I know this thread is old but let me respond for the sake of all those even dumber than me. I made the mistake of buying one of these modules and no sooner I did I started reading some bad press so I canceled my order. This is where Next Level Performance showed their true character. The following is from my complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Penn. Bureau of Consumer Protection:

On 7/30/05 I placed an order for the Tri-Phase Performance Module. I paid for the order via PayPal totaling $155.40. I canceled the order via email the same day. My email was ignored and the order was sent and received by me on 8/4/05. I returned the order via USPS on tracking # 21038555749005120254. The return was signed for by their company on 8/8/05 by S TURZANSKI. I did not receive refund and filed a complaint with PayPal. I emailed company asking for refund but they said they could not because it was up to PayPal to initiate refund. PayPal ended claim and I am still owed a refund for $155.40
