EGR valve

Hi, our family has a 95 Windstar with the 3800 in it. It gave us a Check engine light so i took it to our AutoZone around here where they run codes for free and crossed checked it. It turns out that that EGR valve isn't fuctioning... might be stuck open? or shut? i forget. Anyway i was wondering if anyone knew how you might fix this, or if not at least how i can get to the EGR valve to tinker around with it.

Thanks

I'm not sure if the '95 went is OBDII or not but if the code was for insufficient EGR flow it's quite possibly the DPFE sensor (code P0401). The DPFE sensor seems to be a weak point on Fords and when they fail they trip the check engine light for the EGR valve.
