B18b block w/ B18c head or B16a head?
I have seen alot of builds and heard alot of stories about B18b w/ B16a head ls/vtec conversions, but i havnt heard any with a B18c head. Could this work??

It works, but it's rarely done cause it's expensive and rare compared to the b16.

It works just the same, and even produces a little bit more power. The reason you see the b16a more often is becasue is is easier to find, and it is cheaper!
