Pulley system

I wanted to replace the pullley system on my prelude first, but its almost right against the frame, maybe a inch or inch an a half of space. any ideas how to get to it without taking anything out?

also, is there anyway i could get to the headers without puttin it on a lift or taking out a lot, alls i can see in the way is the cold air intake and some lines an a rusted thingy... most of my engine is rusted an nasty

should be able to get the header off but you may be assed out on the crank pully - may have to pull the motor.
