Thumping sound when I turn and hard start

I have a thumping sound that only occurs when I turn to the right. The car is a 92 integra. The sound is like a boot rubbing or something. I have already had both of the CV axels plus boots replaced. I also had the front brake calipers/pads replaced. The mechanic that I drove around said he thought it could be wheel bearings in the left rear wheel but he was not sure. I think the sound is coming from the front wheel/suspension area. The sound only starts after I have turned the steering wheel over a quarter turn.

I also have a intermittent problem starting the car in hot weather. The starter runs but it does not turn over. I took it in for a diagnosis and they said the problem was the main relay and water temperature sensor. I seem to have a problem trusting them because I am running out of money. Does their diagnosis sound right? The parts look easy to install do you think I should try to intall these parts myself?

If anyone has a suggestion, I would appreciate it.

Thank you.
