Amplifier wire routing
I have a 2005 Focus ZX4 SES and I need to know how to rout the the main power wire though the firewall on the drivers side, Any help is greatly appreciated....

Is it standard or automatic..if automatic there is a rubber seal where the clutch should go through your firewall..if standard I'd say drill.
Unless... There is another way to go about it that won't hurt anything..pop your hood and look under the right hinge..there is a space that goes behind your door. shimmy the wire through there and go behind the door hinge and into the rubber cap thats on the right. You'll find your wire after you take off the panel thats under your dash on the drivers side floor..now run it under your carpet and to the back |

through that rubber cap is the easiest way i found to do it. i didn't even have to take any panels off inside, i just stuck my fingers through a hole in the panel on the drivers side floor and worked the wire around untill i was able to pinch it and pull it through.

Yep, I always try to go through the existing gromets. Last resort is to drill
