Newbie to this all... :S

sorry, new to all this so please bear with me... i am trying to find upgrades and mods to help my car out... i am stuck with it thru college and it is about paid off so i will have more $$ to put into it... it gets great gas mileage but i want it to look better than those bulky bumbers... :S
