hey camry ppl.
This is going to be the 3rd time that im trying to post my story... Its cuz my computer doesn't like staying online for more than 20 minute increments. Well anyways, i am a celica guy and my celica's in the shop waiting on the body kit that was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago!
So im driving my camry. This car used to be my parents until i started working on it but i stopped as soon as i got my hands on the 1990 celica gt that i have now.
I was out last friday on the major street/strip that most suckers show off their Autozone-pimped-out-fast-and-furious-ride. Well, my parents said i could do anything to the car but external mods that would make it look ghetto, so i spent all my money on the engine, so basically its a sleeper. So, this honda is trying to pull up beside me like hes a badass... At first i though he would have me cause it looked like he had spent quite a bit on the car. I think it was a 90sumthin hatchy. He had a scooped hood, body kit and all but nothin was painted. So, seeing that he was with a female and i was with another guy coming from a party.. i noticed that he has more to loose than i do if the race turns bad on either of us. So i was like what the heck. I pulled up trying to get a handicap,, (i was assuming he knew how to race.) he wouldnt let me, he would just pull up closer. maybe he wasnt as confident in his car as it looked. Well, light turns green and im off, his a$$ is wayy behind... I hear his gears crunch the hell outta eachother as he pulls into 2nd. Then alla sudden thers smoke, smoke, and more smoke from the back of his car!!! WOW and im like 30 seconds ahead of him!! HAHAHAHAHA. I was observing the speed limit as he comes flying by and flicks me off. I toasted him, his gurl, and apparently his tranny. LOL
He never saw it comin.
By the way, heres what i got: 97 camry le 5sfe, 2.5 inch custom one piece pipe and cat-stock muffler to preserve stock look and sound. Ignition core, rotor and wires. Retired 35 shot Zex kit (i didnt use against honda) Short ram intake modified to CAI. Computer re-progg'd. Oops, and dont forget the 4-2-1 custom headers. Thats all i can think of off the topa my head rite now but a lotta small stuff here and ther.
Well, hope my story has moved, inspired, or touched the camry guys who think it wont go faster and they're just stuck with the gay 5sfe. Lol, my celica has one too, but about to go 3sgte.
