connectors...where do they go?

ok guy's this is what i got...94 v6, base model stang, the head gasket blew so i was able to buy it cheap...i've got everything back together except for two connectors..first one is wrapped with a connector that goes down under the distibutor to the water pump, however there is no place for the second connector to go down there and i dont see one on the top either. the second connector is bundled with 3 other ones...2 of which go to the throttle body and the third goes to a rectangular thing, not sure wut it is...has 2 hoses connect to it on the bottom then has 2 vaccuum hoses one connects to the intake manifold and the other to something that i am once agian not sure of what it is. anyway...so there it is 2 connectors that i have no clue where they go...if any one knows or has any ideas i'd love to hear them. thanx
