89' blown fuse.

The under hood 15 amp fuse protecting (efi) keeps blowing with burnt spot on glass.Engine will not start.What's the best way to go at this?.....thanks

Found it........couple of sm. wires was laying across exhaust pipe about where the bed starts.thanks for considering.

What were the wires for? fuel pump or O2 sensor?

The wires went to the fuel pump.......should have said that but ........
