I ussally use 20. - .30, .20-.25 is easy to bend,for curves, bends, etc.. and for .30 and up, thats more for like the bottom half of the kit, etc..

I most often use .020. Im sure Josh forgot to put the 0 in front of the numbers. I dont think he is using 1/4" styrene.
