terrible. many forms of physical activity especially strenuous workouts can supress your immune system.
i can further explain if i must, but at a later time. it is 12:30am and i shall wake at 6am tomorrow... edit: i didnt like what i wrote, it was too short. light workouts will allow your body in SOME cases to heal faster.

Your body needs to be in good shape when you are taxing it, otherwise your workout will be pointless and could facilitate your illness
