Lowered my 99' Silverado 3/4 with spindles & springs up front and shackles and hangers out back. I'm happy with the ride quality except for when I hit large bumps. The factory bump stops were inhibiting my suspension travel so I cut about 2 inches out of the stock stops and the ride is better. Wondering if anyone has swapped out the factory stops for the urethane aftermarket stops and if it made any difference when the suspension is compressed.

Actually I don't even have bumpstops. Stupid yes I know, but eh not too worried about it. But if you're constantly bumping the stops even with them trimmed, I would get the urethane stops. It's not gonna do anything for the suspension, just keep it from slapping the frame.

Re: factory bump stops
I think I will probably go ahead and order a set. It can't hurt to try it out. Quick question. How do I get a picture of my truck to show up under my posts. I looked around the site and can't figure it out. I got a picture uploaded to the gallery but I want it to show up under my replies.
