I Test Drove An S2k!!!!!!

:flash: OMG this car is fricken lovely!!!!!!!
OMG I almost wet my pants this car is definately me. I was in 1st gear till bout 40mph dayum!!!!
The car turns on the drop of a dime and comes to a stop almost instantly. Nice power pickup but feels different from a front wheel drive vehicle. Man that car is lovely. I have to have it!!!

just thought i would share that.

Cool. Must have been mad! Isn't it a rear wheel drive? Isn't that why it would feel different. I wish I had one too.

The car is rear wheel powered. Which is better for launching.

The powerband on s2000 is more linear so VTEC doesn't feel as explosive as say ITR.

Makes sense. If I was to buy a convertible it would definitely be the S2000

Lucky you. I haven't had the chance to drive that yet. I've driven practically everything else on the road, but not an S2K. I've driven proches though and a lot of magazines compare the S2K to a porche...only cheaper

Boxter aren't fast cars. The only one that can beat S2000 is Boxter S. Even then they are not running away with it.

Yeah i didnt even feel the VTEC come in but it must have, or maybe i was too thrilled by being in the car lol. I am gonna buy this car for sure.
