97 Fuel Pump

Hi Folks,
97 S10 fuel pump possible replacement.
When I am about 50-60mph on curves, the motor starts cutting out.
Idle and straights runs great. Does anyone know if this the fuel pump?
I will be replacing the pump? over the holidays, hope I can do it in 3 days?
Will I be facing any issues that the sending unit wont cover?
Gaskets, seals, hoses...?
Any advise?

Thanks in advance!

Ray

Can't imagine that electric fuel pump causing this. Normally a failing pump will cause hard starting. Wouldn't hurt to replace pump as a preventative measure if high mileage though. Pretty straight forward repair although it's really tough to get to the fuel line fittings above the tank.
