mods for 91 integra

I have a 91 integra gs. Im new to imports and I don't now whats some good sounding exhaust for the car. I want it to have a lower tone to it and not the annoying ringy sound some of them have. Also whats some good headers and intake for the car that will give it the beszt performance. Please help me out. I'm anxious to get started.

It's header, not headers. I personally like the RS*R catback exaust, JDM ITR 4-1 header, Carsound cat (adapts the 2.5" header collector to the 2 1/4" exaust inlet), and the factory intake with a K&N filter and removed intake resonator. This conbo gave me a 12.2 whp peak whp increase over stock. Power gains above 3500 rpms and a slight loss under 2500

Ayso, another cheap mod is 94-95 Integra LS intake manifold (adds 1.1 whp), and 92-01 Camshafts or 99-00 B20Z cams (same grind) (6.0whp)

I say forget the LS intake manifold and get a type R will work better

ITR IM opens up to high of rpm's. You lose to much low end for the LS motor.

hey man,
the whole thing really depends on what you want to do....if you want to go N/A
you should follow these steps because they will give you the best results
-air intake (AEM)
-Header and exhaust (DC sports, Tanabe Racing medalion)
-new plugs, wires and ignition sysetm (MSD)
-Pullies (UR)
-Fuel upgrades (AEM pressure regulator) (fuel rail- you really dont need one, but they look really bad ass)
- computer upgrades (AEM has a good one)

Now, these are the steps i would go with, and trust me i wont let you down.
