Question Profile amps?

Have you guys heard of Profile Amps and are they any good? Was looking at the CA600M. Specs seem nice but never really heard of the company. I really want a Kenwood but cant afford it. So im either going to go with a Sony or a Profile, if they are any good.

Re: Profile amps?

I blew my California Profile 600W with simply running it to two 180W 12's...not my 1st choice by a long shot. But my one experience doesn't doom the entire line, its just my personal opinion. It did serve well while it lasted, I'll give it that.

Just wondering, but how did you have them installed... What the watt rating on the sub is does not effect how well an amp will perform or how long it will last. I think you just installed the subs wrong and put a too low ohm load on the amp
