Problems with new stereo in '94 Pathfinder
Putting in new stereo in '94 Pathfinder. I bought a new wiring harness and hooked it up wire for wire, but can only get sound out of the speakers when the volume is on full blast. Any suggestions?

I assume you are trying to use the head unit's internal amplifier to power the speakers. If the receiver is getting power, and appears to be working, but only makes noise when on full blast, I'd guess you have a bad setting on your HU or it is defective. Have you tried it in another car, or tried getting a replacement receiver? Good luck!

Re: Problems with new stereo in '94 Pathfinder
Thanks for response. Actually found out the new Sanyo unit is dead. Getting replacement from supplier. Everything else seems fine. New speakers working fine with old radio that we put back in. Thanks again.
