Question where do i hook adapter behind stock CD player

I have a stock CD player and im adding subwoofers and an amp to it.. I Bought the adapter to connect to the cd player but i dont know which wires to hook it up to ??

never heard of adapter just to hook up the amp but what you can do is if your amps have high level inputs the just wire it in from the factory sub if it has on i dunno what year you have or if you havent bought amps get sony or alpine

hey man i just added subs and an amp to my 2004 tahoe LT and i bought a HI LOW CONVERTOR from best buy for 30$ which changes your regular speaker signal into RCA outputs "for your amp". I just spliced it into the front left and right speakers and works perfect.a FM MODULATOR also works.
