Re: gibson vs flowmaster vs vortex mufflers
Never heard of Vortex, but the sounds on the website give me an idea. It really depends on what sound you are looking for. Gibson is rather quiet, but VERY free flowing. They sound real similar to the Vortex. So I assume they are close. Flowmaster is the most aggresive sounding and flow as well as any on the market. Everyone on here is goning to tell you Flowmaster. Go with what sound you like best. I have installed alot of both and they flow equally well.

Re: gibson vs flowmaster vs vortex mufflers
I'm biased... I have flowmasters and if had the opportunity to do it again I would still get the flowmasters.

Re: gibson vs flowmaster vs vortex mufflers
I originally wanted the Borla kit, It Has a nice Deep tone but the price drove me away and I bought My Flowmasters for almost half the price.. I agree with Shortbus, given the option I would buy Flowmaster again.
