go to the ford dealer and see if they have a service manual from that year you can look at.... i'd go to the parts department first.

I dont Belive the car is exempt, im trying to keep it Factory set up for the Ca emissions eventhough when im Finished with its restoration its going back to my sister in Nevada. The Ford Dealers here are still getting over the area 51 crash and strill removing those anal probes, All i mainly hear is oh we dont have anything for that you need to go online. But Ty zx2srdotnet,StangNut86 i will keep looking and cking back here

Re: emissions 70 351c

Dealerships only keep manuals for 10 years normaly some will keep them up to 20. They just go online and look up what they need to for a vehicle that old. Most of the time they don't need manuals for cars that old they were a lot simpler then.

You might try a Haynes manual for 65-73 Mustangs.

Also, cars 30 years or older are smog exempt in CA.

Thank you speedfreak yes it is smog exempt in CA but since most all the emissions is still on it i would like to put it back like it should or find the proper way of removing it with all the proper connections the Hanes book shows alot of info but it didnt show how things could be changed out since the connection on the manifold is not there
