turnsignals & reverse lights won't work

CHecked the bulbs and fuses. When you turn the signals on they don't make any noise and the arrow on the dash don't light up. Reverse lights aren't working either 91 Honda Crx Si. thanks for any help

double check the fuses again, its not likely all the bulbs would burn at once. also check the relays, if you dont here the clicking chances are thats one of the problems as well.
