intake and exhaust

i have a 1992 escort gt 1.8l dohc. i want to put on a cold air intake and a performance exhaust system. I wanted to know who makes the best set up for the money. I dont want to spend a ton of money and then be dissapointed. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

well, as far as I nkow you wont find a cold air, unless you fab it up yourself, but I just replaced every exhaust component of my exhaust and I like it so far. but I put it a aftermarket headers, high flow cat, and cat-back system and I like it a lot. but the headers are pacesetter I cant think of who made the cat, and the cat-back it by monza.
