Re: Intake System

yea, they're not that bad. Dont worry about name brands when searching for a short ram intake, becuase fitment will not be a problem. Mines an ebay and its not bad at all. The filters they send you are just as good as a name brand filter.
Good luck

Re: Intake System

Yow this is where you can get intakes. 1, Short Rams are at 2kracing.com and start off at about 100 dollars and it claims about 8hp. 2, Cold Air is being developed by inductiondynamics.com And whenever you buy the intake, go to Spiralmax.com and order a tornado for like $60 they claim 35%hp over stock max......with all that air you're gonna need more spark, go to OVERBOOSTSTORE.COM and get an HKS twin power harness, some spark plug wires and HKS plugs for like $25. And drop your A/F ratio to about 13:1 that's a nice start.

Re: Intake System

How about 17hp for only $120?!! Yooowww check this out! While looking for your spark plug wires I stumbled upon this, it will settle this question for both you and I about changing the air to fuel ratio! Ever heard about the Venom 400 ECU Modulator? Well this site has a new wayyyyy cheaper product and explains the whole A/F ratio and things that might effect it and your performance all I can do is point you in the right direction because it's too much to just write about......NEXTLEVELRACING.COM is the promissed land! Go there! Check it out! Let me know what you think!

Re: Intake System

I couldn't find any perforamance guarantee or ability to return if your not satisfied at NextLevel. Buyer beware. If it is so good, they should offer to accept returns.

Re: Intake System

89 iroc. 350 TPI 700r4 with shift kit. The low end torque they put out your just cant compare with any celica. Its a totally different feeling. It has like 300 ft lbs of torque at the wheels at 3500 rpms
