Where is my fuel filter 2001?

I'm new to working on my Caravan. Can someone tell me whether the filter is in the tank or inline? I traced the fuel line under the van and didn't see the filter.

The fuel filter is on top of the tank. you have to drop the tank slightly down to change the fuel.
