micro rs4

hey, someone posted up somethin about their xmod in another forum a few hours ago. I thought it looked awesome, and after diggin thru the r/c forums here, i found out two things:

1. xmods suck
2. there are alot of other r/c cars for the same $$ that are better


So. I was lookin on ebay, i saw a few new micro RS4 electric car's by HPI. What do you guys know about those? They're i think 1/18, and it seems like a good company.

they are great cars, hpi is a great company, i dunno but when i was reading yur post you were saying they saounded like a great copmany, OF COURSe they are great buy one now, OR I WILL DEVOUR YOUR SOUL!

i have one i love it it fun on a full charge and there are many upgrades available now

HPI, excellent european company. People run their Micro RS4's indoor and out.

its not 25, i think think they something around 10-ish but thats just a guess, just dont buy one, and if the mini rs4 is to much look for kyosho mini-z's i have one and i luv it

Xmods go about 10 mph. Micro RS4's hit about 30 with a few mods. I posted a video on here about a brushless motor that a guy put in his Micro RS4 and it hits 80MPH.

80, jinkies thats fast, i think i got my mini-z to aboot 25-ish with only a new motor and bearings

my duratrax evader at is electric and has a brush motor in it from team orion called the havok 15 turn and itll do bout 40-45 and spin the tires till 15 lol

Micro RS4s are neat. my brother sold his on ebay a few months ago. My only complaint was assembling the u joints. They are so small and plastic i was afraid of breaking them. But they went to gether fine eventually

Micro RS4s are great.. i have a BMW M3 GTR RTR version and i love it very much... they are definately faster than an xmod stock.. i only like XMODS for looks and fun driving but RS4s with a few mods go fn fast

i jus got my micro rs4 2day- and its pretty good i also got a modified motor with it from tower hobbies jus wanna get sum elecs n sooner or l8r a new engine but yea HPI is pretty good
