Re: Fwd to Awd help please

Suggestion, yeah, sell the FWD and buy an AWD. Anything other than that is a waste of time and money.

swap

I know it would be a waste but i have to much custom stuff done to the body of my car so i cant just buy a gsx. I dont want to start from scratch again. This is why i want the expensive swap.

Re: Fwd to Awd help please

unless you have over $15k in the body it's still not worth it.

A 1G and 2G are different when it come to this swap. A 2G is cake becasue the car body and frame are exactly the same so it is just a matter of haveing the AWD parts to do it.

On a 1G the frame and body themselves are different so it can not be done unless you put an ASS LOAD of money into it. The other option is to switch the rear portion (I mean entire car) of an AWD car and fit it to a FWD car. Have fun waisting money and pulling out hair.

Re: Fwd to Awd help please

you can move all your body panels except for possibly the rear quarter panels. just swap the doors, front fenders, hood, bumpers, side skirts, etc onto an awd
