2003 Honda Accord Coupe

Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat from a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe? Pictures/diagrams would be great.

Also, and more importantly, I was wondering if anyone knew how (once again - with pictures/diagrams if possible) to remove pieces of the dash (and console where necessary) to add an FM modulator to the stereo (and get it to the trunk)?

I really appreciate any help. Thanks!
