Question 89 radio removal

ok...ive just got my system for my car...but i tryed to remove the radio. i took the "controller" of the dash..but found out that the actual radio is like underneath the dash. i was wondering, if
1. i had to remove the whole front pannel to remove it? and
2. if when i do remove it can i rewire my new cd player to where the radio "controller" is now?

If you have the kit for your dash, just buy the wiring harness for your car. If you dont have the kit, buy an underdash kit and mount it. All the wires can be extended other than that its pretty simple!

Oh, take the ugly piece of $hiet box from under the dash and you can use hte space for something else (like strobe controllers)
