right rear window not working

is it hard to replace the regulator in the rt rr window. i now that the cable is broke off on the lower side of the regulator, but the motor is still trying to run the window up an down. i can hear the busted cable grinding inside the regulator. do i have to buy a whole reg/motor combo.or can i just buy the reg.

I just replaced the regulators only in both my front windows, so you should be able to purchase just the regulator
