O2 Sensor Problem

I got the new exhust on my truck, problem is i cant the 02 sensor close enough to the the sensor hook up and i need an extension but cant find one, could drill the header but i'd rather not have to do that.

Cut the wires on the O2 sensor and extend them with some other wire. To do it right you should use a soldering iron and some shrink tubbing. Way better than drilling holes in the headers.

Re: O2 Sensor Problem

How could it be possible that in your new exhaust, the sensor ended up farther away than where it should be at? If anything you should just plug the hole with a bolt or something and tap a new hole somewhere else. I can't believe this.
