This is what's called a Belgian Blue. A type of cattle breed that is believed to have mutations to the same gene that the little boy has, but the cattlemen have been trying to breed the mutation IN to the cattle.



This is another pic of the boy. Notice the pic from when he was neonatal, VERY young. He's gonna be a fuckin monster after he finishes puberty. Wait 14 years or so, then you'll see insanity on size scales. Just look at those belgian blue cattle, what's the kid gonna look like?
