2001 Altima GXE problems

I need some serious advice. I have 2 problems with my car. One is with remote keyless entry. It does not work properly despite new battery. My car will unlock itself and hazard warning lights flash when I lock car myself. Car unlocks itself when I lock it whilst seated in car. I park car at nite and hazard warning lights flash on and off. Today I went to start car and completely dead. I am a single female and I can already figure that some car place sees me coming and the dollar signs will flash. Can anyone please advise. I am not saying all car repair places are bad but not knowing anything about cars I usually just go with whatever they tell me is wrong. Car has been serviced regularly and oil changes done every 3000 miles so not case of me not maintaining it. Problems with security system/remote keyless entry seemed to start after I took car in for oil change at Nissan service center. Thank you for any responses. Sorry to be so darned dumb at this game. I do not have tons of money to put into car. Car has just over 40K miles on it.

bring it to the dealership and let them have a look at the security system...they will probably fix or replace it
