random anger

I've been trying to get with this girl for a couple days now, and she seemed real into me n all. She tells me that there are two guys she likes, me being one of them, and the other kid is a faggot. So last night in an internet conversation, she tells me that she wants to keep at at a "just friends" level, which was fine for a while. Then the rumors start, shit happened, and I got pissed.

To start off the night, I punched a decently large hole through my wall in the computer room, luckily I didnt hit any studs. Then as I found out how satisfying it was to punch something, I started punching random stuff until i busted all the knuckles on my right hand. so after my hand became useless, I grabbed a baseball bat and walked around the neighborhood for a little while. From what I can remember, I smashed a few mailboxes and broke a couple windows. I felt like the hugest man and I was even thinking about other peoples property or the concequences. I cooled off a little and came inside. THis is no lie, I have the cuts to prove it: I was drinking a glass of water and for some reason a random anger spread all over me, I squeezed the glass as hard as I could and it shattered. I was amazed. I shattered a glass cup by clenching my fist.

Now that's it's all over, I realize it was stupid, but when it happened I had no control at all. I have never been that angry in my entire life. The anger got me so pumped up that my pulse rate was through the roof. has anyone else ever had this happen to them?
