Low Tire Pressure sensor
Hi,
I want to change the tires on my 99ŽAlero and have to find out ( for my tire dealer) where the "low tire pressure sensor" is before I get it done. I live in munich/germany and the tire dealers over here donŽt know much about AleroŽs. A buddy of mine from N.J. told me that the Alero 3.4 in the U.S. isnŽt as fast as the european Alero. How fast does the U.S. Alero go? The Alero 3.4 over here goes almost 130 mph. I tried it out on the german autobahn. Maybe you can help me with this question to? The bolt circle is 5x115. What size is the middle bore and would a 17x8 wheel fit without any modifications? Thanks Chris |

Re: Low Tire Pressure sensor
The "low pressure sensor" is plugged in to the back of the hub. You won't even see it when you take the wheels off, you have to remove the brakes to even see it.

Re: Low Tire Pressure sensor
Are you sure they are in the hub DoctorSpeed? I thought they are in the wheel itself...
