ages and cars
I've been reading through all these forums (mostly to do with 92+ civic) but i've seen and heard you guys talk about your cars.. and it seems that we all have fairly decent cars, and a few with some stellar rides.. and i'm just wondering.. lemme know what ur driving.. ur age.. and ur job... because alot of this shit that we throw on our rides are pretty friggen expensive... so i'm just wondering how the hell ya'll can afford that crap...
Age: 18 Ride: 95 Civic EX Job: Head Chef (local resturant)

Re: ages and cars
age: 27
car: 97 Civic EX job: claims examiner for Blue Cross/Blue Shield and architecture student. I got the car brand new (6 miles on the odometer... ah, those were the days...) when I was 19 and in the Marines. It was stock for the first 100,000 miles of its life. Then one day I looked at it and it was suddenly old. I love my car, and there was no way in hell I was trading it in. So I figured the only other option was to dump a bunch of money into it and keep it running right. The way I look at it, no matter how much money I put into it, it's still costing me less than some shitty new car would. And it's worth the money, because my baby has never let me down.
