Unhappy Loose Doors

Can you tell me how to adjust the doors so they close tighter?
I thought it would be like the old post style where you loosen the post and move it in towards the car, but it's not like that. I loosened everything I could think of but nothing slides.

I'd like to know as well. My drivers door rattles when I drive over bumps.
