multiple misfire

02 2500HD 6L has code p0300 multiple cylinder misfire
cyl's 5 and 6 are the worse the other cylinders have just a few hits
the wierd thing is the problem will come and go, does not matter if its hot and cold
fuel pressure is good, had motorvac done to clean fuel rails and injectors
coils, wires, plugs have been swapped with no change
I was thinking the problem might be in the computer
anyone have any suggestions?

Re: multiple misfire

On the V6 change the distributor cap and rotor, try one with brass contacts
