Angry new rear rotors making noise

i have 98 s-10 blazer lx 4x4. i replaced the rear rotors and pads. the back brakes are now making a clanging noise when i turn hard to the right. the brakes also feel like they are hanging up a little during regular driving. i re-assembled and inspected the assembly at least 5 times now. this is only happening on the right side. i dont see anything that looks suspicious and everything looks fine. could this be the ebrake shoe causing this noise? where can i find a step by step assembly procedure for these brakes? is the haynes manual for this vehicle good for this vehicle (i know the ford explorer manual sucks...it doesnt even touch the transfer case)

after posting the last time, i got bored and decided to tear down the brakes again. this time i backed off the e-brake a little. seems to work. the noise is almost gone (probabbly just need to back the ebrake off more)the ebrake aparantly on these trucks are a little moody. any comments on this procedure would be apreciated. and im still looking for manual suggestions (chilton or haynes or gm)
thanks in advance
