Need help today please...Turbo prep and/or NA prep

Hey guys, I have a friend who works at an engine shop. And I need to know a few things...

I am thinking of getting my engine(b18c1 or h22a) built, but I am unsure of if I should prep it for NA or Turbo. My friend works at an engine shop and has a 12 second mustang(90) but is redoing it and will be having it running 11s. He had just built an eclipse too. Also he has built many other motors too. He wanted me to give him a list of the things I want done for turbo prep and/or Na prep. Can anyone help me out? He is going into work this weekend and he wants me to give him a sheet with everything so he can give me prices . So can anyone please help me out here.
