ahh the green stuff isnt good. my monte carlo has the same problem and its not worth your time or your money..that green stuff you see should be your anti-freeze..i can put a full tank in and the next day it will be gone...and if you take your oil cap off, it should be gunked with oil and anit-freeze....i took mine too a shop and basically he said my motor might last a week or it might last 6 months..and every week my engine gets louder, and it misses too..hope that helps a bit..

Yep, that deff antifreeze, Might want to take it to a shop and have them check the Injector's to see if they're cloged too.

Re: W..t...f!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only way water, is going to shoot out the exhaust is if the head gasket is bad again. Pull the spark plugs and look at them one at a time if you notice a discolored plug that is probably the cylinder that is getting the water. Did you have the head resurfaced before putting the new head gasket on? It may be warped and all the new head gaskets in the world won't seal it properly. If the plugs all look good then you may have a bad intake manifold gasket that is letting water into the oil but that would not account for the water from the exhaust.
Did you change the oil after changing the head gasket? This could account for the water in the oil if you didn't change it or if it wasn't completely drained.
Some water will come out of the exhaust from the catalytic converter but if it is shooting out and the water level in the radiator decreases you may have to pull it apart again. You also didn't say if this is a 4 cyl or V-6. If it is a v-6 check the intake manifold gasket to make sure it is properly torqued.
One last question, most newer engines use torque to yield bolts. Did you use new head bolts when you replaced the gasket? If not this may be your problem. Hope this helps!

Re: W..t...f!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok all i got it, it was the f-in head gasket again, when we got it shaved the 1st time, they shaved it too much and it needed a shim, now it was leaking through the shim and the head gasket, so now were buying a new head, and doin it right, oh and porting and polishing comes to a total of $1500

$1500... I guess. Years ago on the Renault Alliance they had big trouble with warping heads. After about 6 months of that we got a memo. The APPROVED repair was to put on two head gaskets, never had one come back for any related issues. Just a thought for those wanting to save some money.
