Re: 70 challenger se side door chrome molding

I had a '71 SE until last October and trim was near impossible to find for that car. The car itself was so rare, that chances of even finding another SE car had such wicked odds against it...

Is your car a convertible or hardtop? If it's a hardtop, I really hope you have all of the trim that goes around the small back window. You'll never find that...

Re: 70 challenger se side door chrome molding

I am looking for a picture of the molding to see if I can find something fairly close to the original..............

I found the outside rear window SE chrome molding on Ebay...... I saw another set of molding last week.............

The hardest to find is the interior rear window cover for an SE.........
Again, I found it on Ebay...... A little pricey but I found it........

Re: 70 challenger se side door chrome molding

It might not have had any. Did you have your fender tag decoded yet? I haven't seen an SE with molding, not that I can recall...

It has the holes along the the fenders and doors...........
I found a picture on the net that showed the molding on the side but not a clear enough picture.............
I think it has chrome on the outside and black in the center..........
