2003 Sebring Oil Sludge?
Hi, My first post
My girlfriend is getting ready to purchase a new car. And she is looking into the 2003 Chrysler Sebring Sedan, with the 2.7L V6. She took it to her mechanic and he said to stay away due to Oil Sludge. I was just curious if they have fixed this problem before 2003, or if it is still commen on the 2003's. Thanks for any help you can provide. Ben |

I've got a 2001 Sebring with the 2.7 with 70K on it. I change the oil every 3000 - 4000 miles using Castrol GTX and Fram filter. No sign of any sludge problem yet. In fact engine appears to be very clean inside.
