How do you launch your classic se-r's?
I was just wondering if iI could get any pointers. I usually launch around atleast 3000 how about you? Techniques?

Anyhow, best launch for me seems to happen from right about 2000 RPMs or so. Right now, with a weak clutch, I can't do the fine-balancing of clutch-slippage, and gas I usually like to do, especially on the streets - otherwise, I can launch a but higher. A full clutch-drop at anything over 2000 RPMs will spin my tires too much, even with the LSD.

I just feather the clutch from about 2000rpm's. I don't ever drop it.

Yup, well, I've got a 6-puck disc so sometimes I have no choice but to drop it.
