Question Exterior Mods on 4th Generation Maxima

I have a 98 maxima, and i was lookng to install some r34 headlights and tailights on the car, but i was wondering if r33 headlights would look better, how much does it usually cost to custom modify the body to fit different headlights and should i get the bezel with the tailights or no? anyone in s. florida? Also should i drop the car..if so how much...and should i get a full body kit or stay stock and just add side skirts and lips. email me at [email protected]

Re: Exterior Mods on 4th Generation Maxima

I live in central fl. Just pick whichever you like best, either one is better than stock Custom work always costs a bundle. Just find a friend with some tools who knows what he's doing and u'll save a ton of moola.

If you're going for show, get the drop and the kit. But if you're going to go for performance, mod the engine first and then work your way to the exterior. No use having a car that looks fast with a stock setup (especially on the track). And plz don't get one of those 3 foot tall aluminum wingz, lol

Re: Exterior Mods on 4th Generation Maxima

Thanks, but if i add a lip what is the lowest i can drop it without worrying too much about speed bumps, and pot holes...1 inch? and about how much does it cost to mold headlights at a local shop near you..any references?

Speedbumps, depends on where you live. To be safe i'd say 2 inches. As far as headlights i have no clue, just ask around at some custom auto body shops around town. If you have projector headlights, just get those
