Re: need some advice about wheels and tires package

Hey, with wheels, tires, or both, it would be better to go somwhere local where they can properly install the set and have to make any neccesary adjustments such as alignment or balance. When/If you buy on the internet you will not know the quality of the wheels or anything but how it might look like. 800 bucks is a lot. I am looking for a wheel/tire package and i saw an ad from this local place called Discount Tire Co. 17's with tires (alloys) for 499. Thats not bad.
Remember wheels are just vehicle appearance accents. Dont spend the money of a 3sgte swap on wheels. No hp from wheels. Actually, its proven that bigger wheels/rotors slow the car down due to the bigger diameter and more surface area. So unless your car is APC-dressed, keep it nice, sweet, stock and jdm looking.
Have fun
good luck
