Talking Barbecue!!

I just bought my first 3rd gen. ('95),she needs brakes and the tires are abt as bald as Bruce Willis . However i was out joyriding w/ a friend of mine and what to come up on at our local minimart? A '93 3Kgt VR4.

First thing that pops into my mind is "freshmeat" til i noticed the vr4 badge and i was like , hmmm i got bald tires. i know he'll get off the line but how bad could it be, what the hell. so he agreed to line up at our local strip, and ill be damned he really did get off the line before I did (and when my tires finally stopped just spinning in third), hehe but right after he shifted into third i passed his ass like he was sittin still, 3k got the torque/traction in the beginning, but i knew my baby would come through,

p.s.- toyo z's comin wednesday, all around.

i cant leave a live link otherwise my site will delete the pic, so copy and paste the above addrss and add " .jpg" to the end of it

link works now...

I live 10 minutes east pf poughkeepsie, NY come on by and i'll accept your challenge. goin power FC in a few weeks!! after i get another job hehe.

but other than a set of rims/brakes/tints and maybe the no-rise lights, i think i will keep her as collectors item (after some body work to get out the dents the guy who owned her, put into her) but i would like to run higher boost (like 14psi or so , but i hear there is a guy down in texas that is a guru in programing the power FC but unfortunatly it requires 4 additional people @ a decent price as well as room and board for him to come up here and tune i think his name is mike kan or something, laterz guys thanks for the props as well almost means as much as the car to me

Re: Bbq!!!!

thats cool that you wanna keep it mostly stock, and I'm glad you didn't mention a body kit or else I might not have been so nice anymore... anyways sounds like good plans, let us know what happens

Re: Bbq!!!!

There is a guy at my work that has a 90 Tsi AWD Talon. He likes to boast and make blow off sounds when we sees me since he knows he can beat me. wishing I had an agressive streetport right about now.

well fresh kill news tonight, two mitsu elcipses, served well done with a side of fries,(or maybe sushi, they were really riced after all, lol) and one was even a gsx that i totally roasted, pulled over and got nothing but a buckets worth of drool from them oogling, i didnt even know ppl knew what a rex was i just figured ppl nevr realized there potential and tossed them aside, im amazed at the respect i get, so i complimented them on there rims and drove off.

p.s.- you guys get tired of Bbq stories just tell me and ill chill, its just the first time ive evr had a respectable car , so i got my dream car 5 years waiting til now i finally got her.wahoo!!

thnx again
